Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the North Frame LLC website and the professional services we provide. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Services

North Frame LLC provides remote website design and development services, including but not limited to:

Custom website design & development
Business website development
Landing page creation
Website redesign
E-commerce website setup
Website maintenance
UI/UX design
CMS configuration
Technical website support
Website optimization

All services are delivered remotely. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals or contracts.

2. Project Engagement

A project begins upon receipt of a signed proposal or written confirmation and an initial deposit (where applicable). We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide timely feedback, content, and assets required for project completion.
Designate a single point of contact for project communication.
Ensure all provided materials (text, images, logos) are owned or licensed by the client.

Delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines and additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. North Frame LLC retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. All third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in individual project proposals. Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.

6. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

7. Limitation of Liability

North Frame LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days' written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable upon termination by the client.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Daviess County, Kentucky.

Refund Policy

North Frame LLC is committed to delivering high-quality work. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

1. General Policy

Due to the custom and time-intensive nature of our services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. We encourage clients to review proposals carefully before confirming a project.

2. Deposits

Initial deposits are non-refundable. They cover project planning, research, and resource allocation performed prior to active design or development work.

3. Milestone Payments

Payments made upon completion of a project milestone are non-refundable, as they represent compensation for work already delivered and approved by the client.

4. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a project is cancelled in writing before any work has commenced (within 48 hours of payment and prior to any project kickoff), a full refund of any payment beyond the deposit may be issued at our discretion.

5. Unsatisfactory Work

If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable, we ask that you communicate your concerns in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to revise the work within the agreed revision scope. Refunds will not be issued for subjective dissatisfaction after revisions have been provided.

6. Maintenance & Support Plans

Monthly maintenance or support retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Unused portions of a prepaid monthly retainer are non-refundable.

7. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

North Frame LLC is unable to deliver the agreed services due to circumstances within our control.
A significant error on our part that cannot be reasonably corrected.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@northframewebsites.com within 14 days of the issue arising.

8. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
